Okay everyone i just thaught for all you guys who are desprote for the internet on the psp here is a straight forward simple guide :
This Guide Is very similar to Another on here
(I copied some n pasted so it will look the same Exept for after step 22.)
NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE VERSION 2.0 FIRMWIRE OR HIGHER ON YOUR PSP
And for all Those guys who dunno how to get that very easily, just go out n buy somthing like Grand Theft Auto : Liberty Cities , When u put the UMD into ur psp it asks u t update , and the update from 1.5 to 2.0 comes with most games nowadays :)
1. Turn on your psp and go to the Menue Settings
2. Go down the menue untill you see "Network Settings" Press X to select.
3. Select Infrastructure Mode.
4. Select New connection
5. You will be asked to name you connection, this is mainly so you know what it is for eg. Web browsing, online games .... ECT
6. press the right driection key to continue to the next menue.
7.Select the Scan option and let it pick up your WLAN settings.
9. Once it picks up a connection, Push the Right Direction Key to go to the next menu.
10. Select Custom for the Address Settings.
11. Push the Right Direction Key to go to the next menu.
12. Leave IP Address Setting on Automatic.
13. Push the Right Direction Key to go to the next menu.
14. Select Manual for your DNS Setting.
15. Push the Right Direction Key to go to the next menu.
16. Enter in 67.171.70.72 as your Primary DNS and just leave the Secondary DNS blank.
17. Push the Right Direction Key to go to the next menu.
18. Select "Do Not Use" for your Proxy Server settings.
19. Push the Right Direction Key to go to the next menu.
20. Push the Right Direction Key to go to the next menu.
21. Push the X button to save your settings.
22. Do a quick test of the connection to make sure it's working correctly.
23. Now that you have a connection to your psp, Launch the default browser that comes with the update of Version 2.0 Firmwire for the PSP.
24. It should connect and open a page where you can type into the adress Bar.
Well enjoy browsing the internet and here are a few tips usefull for how to go around using the internet.
Note: If you want to really speed things up in the browser you should turn off the power save feature for wireless in your PSP's "Power Save Settings". Look for "WLAN Power Save" and set it to "Off".
Navigating the web with your PSP:
X = Enter/Go
Square = Reload
Left shoulder button = Back
Right shoulder button = Forward
Directional pad = Scrolling
Start Button = Hit the Start button and then choose "Goto Home Page" to return to the main page.
When you use a form, the PSP keypad pops up so you can enter text.
