hello, i just downloaded battlefields and king kong, i burned the isos to a dvd-r disks and everything and when i try to play it with my swap magic disks, i can barely see the game because the screen doesnt stop moving, its glitchy, and black and white. what should i do?

Possibly you've got a different version (ie PAL or vice versa), meaning if your PS2 is NTSC and you've got the PAL or the other around.

Sorry dude, I don't mess around with "downloaded" stuff, maybe you might want to take a look at "Hursty's" sticky guide in query to download stuff and all.
