I have used dvd decrypter to back up my genuine ps2 games and used the backups to install onto the hard disk fitted in the console with no problems,using hdadvance.Recently bought some cheap second hand games from shop and backed up as usual with no problem,now if i use the backups in the machine they work fine but if i try to install onto hard disk console will not read disks.The originals will install onto hard disk with no problem so it dosent really matter but i just wondered if it might mean laser is on its way out?
