okay
i downloaded a ridge racers iso off a torrent. I then unpacked it into my iso folder on my memory sticks root. i have fastloader installed. when i unpacked the file, it had a PSP_GAME folder, and a UMD_DATA.BIN file. How do i change this into iso format, so it will play on fastloader.

just put the bin file in the GAME folder...it should work...

i need to know how to convert both the folder and the file into one iso file that fastloader will read

Dont unpack the file, the file that you unpacked was the .iso file which is used to play the bootleg games, learn how to use Fastloader, etc, and when u know how it works, take the .iso file and put it into the ISO folder. To know if it is a .iso file; either unpack it, or just open the file, and see if their is a PSP_Game and a UMD_Data.bin file in their, if their is than that means that that file is an .iso file
