Greetings one and all
(HAPPY NEW YEAR)

Right am having no problems backing up games.
My only drawback is games that need an higher firmware than 1.5
Is there any software out there that tricks the game in thinking it's an higher firmware.

There is software that does it...but not all games are fooleD (GTA)

Just go through phases of playing 2.0+ games and homebrew. Download a 2.0 firmware and 2.0 ONLY from an online site or the UMD's. Then when you are done downgrade back to 1.5
