Hey all

I trying to backup a game that is 4 cds long. I want to be able to put it all on the hard drive but how is this done. I still want to be able to play it when its on the hard drive. Do I put it all in one foldeR?

if it is the 4 cd version, it means that someone has gone to alot of trouble to change it from the dvd version.

you could probably out it all in 1 folder, but there will be alot of file duplication on a multi disk version.

if you do put them in the 1 folder, do not split it up into subfolders like cd1, cd2 etc.

this probably wont work though


ooh, after thought

on each disk, there will be certain folders named the same.
put the contents of them all into a folder of the same name. this will ensure that all files from that folder are available for the game
