Burning a DVD game

I just copied a game to my hard drive with DVD Decrypter. When it was done i noticed there are two files, the archive and a .mds file. Which one do i use to burn the game with DVD Decrypter? Thanks.

In my experience it really doesnt matter,but most people say burn the .MDS.

Either one is fine, but if I'm going to use DVD Decrypter to burn, then I prefer the MDS file. If I'm going to burn with Nero Express or Nero Burning Rom, then I'll choose the ISO because of Nero doesn't support MDS file yet.
