Can somone please give me a link to a good neogeo cd/neogeo emulator download for the psp and links to some free rom download sites?

It keeps coming up with the error: Could not load NEOCD.BIN, i have a metal slug 2 rom and i havent been able to find another neogeo cd rom download site, to download another one to see if mine was faulty.

Please help

I have gotten another Metal Slug 2 rom and it had iso and mp3s in it, i put the isos in a zip file and the mp3s in the neocd.mp3 folde, i went into the emulator and it was there, but when i tried to launch it it came up with the error could not find neocd.bin again!

It must be missing from the emulator when i download it, because i can find no file that says neocd.bin in the neocd folder.

Can someone please post a link to download the file, or try and come up with another solution?

Please help.

I have downloaded neocd.bin and the game goes to the loading screen now, but then it says could not open ipl.txt!!

this is really starting to annoy me,please help
