Problems with Cogswap/Tenkaichi

Hey,
I'm very new to all this backup thingie but i'll try to be so exact as i can. I am using Cogswap 1.0 on my ps2(pal) with the Memory Card exploit using launchelf. Once it's loaded i eject the ps1 trigger (for the exploit) and put my legal fifa 2004 dvd in (the normal way).I press X once so i get the use Cogswap(if i dont do this and put my backup in right away it freezes and does nothing). Then i use my slide card and get the fifa dvd out. Once it's out i put my Dragonball Z Tenkaichi (pal, since i can choose english, french, german,...) backup in it. After 10-20 seconds it shows me the screen of what language i want, so i press english and then i get the commercial things like Bandai and Atari. Then the intro comes and after the intro it is just black and does absolutely nothing. I also have to say that i burned Tenkaichi 2 times since i burned one of them as an audio cd. The audio cd does the same thing. So my question is, do i need some sort of patch for tenkaichi or did i accidentely burned my second tenkaichi also as an audio cd (didn't thought so but could be). Or is this game just not compatible with Cogswap. If you give me a patch could you then also tell me how to install it. And if you give me another loader please let it be an elf file, cause i dont have a modded ps2.

ok, i used another game now and now i got to the main menu of Tenkaichi, but when i try to do practice for example it comes with the loading screen that gotenks is shooting his ghosts (the waiting screen) but after 10 minutes or so it still is at that screen. It doesn't go away... pls help.
