I was modding my ps2 and I was soldering a chip on the board and i got a bit of solder on one of the traces and i got split and a couple of the pads got fried. I took the chip back off because i realized the the trace got fried and put the ps2 back together hoping it would still work but it didn't. Now I either want to repair the trace if that is a good way to go. Or i was considering buying a broken ps2 on ebay and using it for parts. Like get one with a disk read error b/c i don't think that has anything to do with the board. Please leave your suggestions and plaese give me a helping hand. by the way i have a V7 ps2.
