i have a 2mb connection through ukonline ive opened the ports on my router and through my fire wall ive set the upload speed to 20 kbs like i was told on a speed test and my changed my listening port on bitcomet to a none blacklisted port and my top download speed is a pitifull 30 kbs i was getting that b4 when i was with tesco.net as my isp on a 512 kb line !!!!!
any ideas whats going on ? even tried other torrent clients to see if it was just bitcomet but its like that on all of them.
please help me

its probably your isp blocking P2P, uk companys are the worst. TalkTalk used to cap me at certain times of day now i can't download bugger all.

So what ive done is sent them an email saying what a bunch of idiots they are..

Email your isp and ask for there veiws on Peer2Peer
