dvd shrink wont back up the program just closes?? any ideas?

Hey i have been using dvd shrink for a while now with win xp pro and just recently after formating i have been having a proble. After analysing is complete i hit back up and the program closes! anyone have any ideas?

Uninstall and reinstall the program. It may be corrupted. Are you burning directly from DVD Shrink or are you creating an ISO image file or a folder of video files?
