I have a copy and I burned with DVD Decrypter. I also use the Memeory Card Exploit. It loads up just fine, but the only problem is when I want to start a new game it won't let me. I get past all the JAP mumboo...jumboo... and then it leaves the title screen like I'm going to play and the screen stays black but disc keeps spinning kept it there for awhile and still didn't come up. Using Maxwell DVD+R media and burning with DVD Decrypter. I've tried rebuilding iso and doing a straight burn and still getting the same results. HELP, please want to play game really bad. I had a similar problem.
For me, it crashes when trying to load the Gummi ship menu.
But it only happens if I run it from the HD.

I think your problem is your media. Try using a DVD-R.
I heard bad stuff about DVD+Rs.
