I have a duallayer dvd that has about 9.1 gig how do i decompress(I dont know what it was compressed with) so i can make it into normal dvds thx

You do not want to decompress it....(Decompressing would only make it bigger)

What you have to do to get it to fit on a Normal 4.38gb DVD is use a Program Like "DVD-Shrink" to Rip out the Foreign audio Tracks and Subtitles and special features and after ripping these out if it is not small enough DVD-Shrink will add Compression to it to make it just small enough to fit on a DVD and it will save it as a "Video_TS" Folder which you then burn to DVD-R in "DVD Video" Mode.....

DVD-Shrink is Freeware and you should be able to find it if you do a Google search....
