Symantec offers all kind of help on these issues all the time.
Try this:
The following instructions pertain to all current and recent Symantec antivirus products, including the Symantec AntiVirus and Norton AntiVirus product lines.
Disable System Restore (Windows Me/XP).
Update the virus definitions.
Delete any values added to the registry.
Run a full system scan and delete all the files detected.

If that doesn't help, try ewido -> http://www.ewido.net/en/download Install, update and a do complete system scan. Let it remove that it finds, save report and send that report here.
I just went to the Ewido site and ran a scan from their site and they found 8 infections in my PC. I currently use AVG, Zone Alarm and Ccleaner. These guys are good but their program is $29.95. I wish they had a 90 day trial ;=)
