3. plug your psp into the computer using a USB cable.
4. go to "my computer" and select removable disk F
5. Unzip the downgrader
6. unzip the E Boot (version 1.50)
7. now go back to my computer and select psp, go to games, and create a folder called UPDATE all caps on.
8. Copy E Boot (version 1.50) in the update folder.
9. Go back to the unzipped page of the downgrader, select psp, then photo folder, and copy overflow. Then paste over flow into you psp's photo folder.
10. copy "h" and "index" to the first page after selecting removable disk (it should say PSP and MP_Root) dont move those into any folder, just leave them there.
11. disconnect the psp and plug in the charger
12. go to photos, then go down to overflow
13. your psp goes black and two lines of white letters pop up. Wait 30 seconds, then push you power button up and hold it there until it restarts.
14. When it restarts, go to system setting, it should say version 1.00, thats good.
15. Go to games, memory card, version update 1.50 and download it. You will go to the screen where it will let you download it, it will have an error at 99% saying to contact sony. IGnore it and hold the power button up until its restarted.
16. do the same thing as the step above, but this time it wont have an error.
17. if it does have an error, check system settings , it might say 1.50, thats good, if it dosent do step 15 again until it does.
18. If it works, your done and you have downgraded you psp...GOOD LUCK if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Can it brick my psp?-----no not unless you seriously screw up, even then it shouldnt, i dont know any one with a bricked psp.
Can I down grade 2.1 or higher?-----NO, if its over 2.00 ur screwed, sorry.
Will I still have internet?----no, but who cares, that shit was slow any way.
Do all games play on version 1.5?------no, newer games such as GTA, but you can always upgrade back to 2.00.
Can I upgrade again?----- yes, you can upgrade and downgrade as much as you want, although I dont know and effects this has, but I wouldnt recomend this daily.
