Nero DVD - playback freeze

After having successfully burnt my movie onto DVD disc with Nero, when I play it back on TV (via a Sony DVD player) I now get skipping or it just freezes.

Any suggestions?

What kind of media did you use??
What speed did you burn at??
During the burn did you run any other apps??

Hi,
1/ Media used - Laser DVD disc
2/ Speed set 4:3 ratio
3/ No other apps during burn

I'm now going to try burning onto an imation DVD -RW disc

By the way I'm using Nero express version 2.1.2.12

& with the current burn it is estimating 5 hours 24 minutes to complete

Update - Changed to Imation DVD's & the burnt DVD works well. No longer freezing or skipping frames. Can easily fast forward or reverse with the fear that the movie freezes.
