I can't seem to burn my PS1 game. I already have a CD image, an .iso extension file, but when I get to burn it, nothing I do seems to work... I've read about using 1x writting velocity, I've heard too about using CloneCD...
I have burned it twice, one in Alcohol and other in Nero... none of them has worked properly, that's the reason why I'm here.
I would love if someone tells me step by step what should I do to, as soon as possible, start playing my game.
What extension should I use....

What machine are you trying to play it on?
Is that machine modded to play ps1 backups?

How are you booting the games? Do you have a modchip booting the games or swaping the game disc with swap magic?

Actually, I don't have any of those things you guys mentioned before. I'm such a newbie on this, that I don't even know what you're talking about.

Mi machine is very very old. I've had it for more than 5 years, but if it helps in any way, the machine has printed on it this: "Model nº SCPH-9001" I guess that's mi machine...

About the "booting"... I'm from Chile, wich means I speak only spanish, so... To boot... i don't really know what it means.

Lets say I only have the .iso CD image, and when I try to burn it, it just won't run.
If there's any way to get a Modchip (whatever it is), I would appreciate if u could tell me how, and if you could help me play this wonderful game.

PS: I know for sure that the console is unblocked.

You cant just burn PS games and play them, with out a mod chip or swap drive. You need to just this done first to over right the copy protection on your PS.

Hm... i thought so. Could you explain to me exactly what is a ModChip or a swap software...? is a ModChip a piece of hardware or not?...

I'm so anxious to play my Gran Turismo game...

Please guide me to get a modChip or swap software.
