Hi all
Can't seem to find any references to this but; I've got my son a PSP v2.0 for crimbo and am going to downgrade to v1.50 to enable homebrew etc!
Dumb Q probably, but can you confirm that he will still be able to go and play his UMD games on line (whether with the actual UMD disc in the PSP or a backed up version of it off the memory stick)
He's been playing Need for Speed and wants to continue doing so :)

Does NFS require 2.0? I think it does? If the game works on a version then the online play will.

If not you can always upgrade to 2.0 again.

Was thinking about using WAB version changer to start it off the MS - I know GTA doesn't work with this + King kong and a few others (is there a list of these types of games?)

Try out the SXT Version Changer, fake the PSP to 2.0 and try NFS. If it doesn't run then yes it requires 2.0 and if it runs then it doesn't.
