thanks very much for the IMEI code, i got through but i'm having another BIG problem which is saying no network coverage even when my sim is in the phone. when i got this phone which happen to be a T-mobile phone no sim was inside so i'm wondering if thats the problem. i'm asking please if someone could help me resolve this problem.

SELECT MENU>SETTING>PHONE

SELECT OPERATORSELECTION
THEN SELECT AUTOMATIC

if that doesn't work, select manual and manually select one of the networks available.

Press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.
