Hi. I hope someone out there has an answer since the Nero tech staff is virtually non-existent. (I'm new to this forum and will do my best to explain my problem.) Ever since I upgraded NVE2 to NVE3, the following has been happening:

1. My video is extremely choppy in Preview mode and slow to respond and edit when in the Nero timeline, not to mention out of sync often. Video use to be relatively smooth when previewing & editing in NVE2.

2. Even though my 'Priority' setting is switched to 'HIGH' in burning mode and even though no other programs are open and running, NVE 3 hangs during the last few minutes of transcoding (a couple or so minutes before the actual burning begins.) I'm trying to record the same project as I did in NVE2 (only 15 minutes of video converted to MPEGS with 3 animated menu buttons).

Hope this isn't too vague, but any help would be appreciated. I'll supply more detailed info if need be. Thanks very much.
