When I join two XviD file with VirtualDub. I get a audio problem in the middle where I joined the files. Like a static pop. What could be the problem? It only occurs in where the file are joined.

Eureka ... I have this same problem myself. I have tried VirtualDub and AviJoiner so I dont think its related to just one tool. There is no issue with the files themselves, just after joining.
