Unethical Guide To Stealing Private Pictures On Soulseek
By Secure5150

As a lot of you may have read, many computer illiterate people unknowingly
share there personal files on many p2p networks. Some people including
myself take advantage of this i.e. http://www.10eastern.com/foundphotos
Now I will show you how to do the same in this very simple, poorly written, straight-forward guide.

1. What To Search For

A simple search on soulseek for "My Pictures" will bring up plenty of good results
and you can be fairly certain that they did not intend to share this folder.
Soulseek allows you to view the directory paths so you can see exactly where this folder is.

2. What To Look For

This is a list of common digital camera filename structures

4. Notes & Tips
A. Download soulseek at
http://www.slsknet.org
B. View
http://faq.slsknet.org/index.php?sid=866996&lang=en&action=artike...
C. Soulseek is BUGGY software, you've been warned...
D. If you are banned when downloading someone's pictures, all you have to do is change your username.
This works because you are banned by username and not ip address.
E. Sometimes when you restart soulseek with a lot of files in queue it will freeze. You can wait and see if it unfreezes...
If it doesn't, you can exit soulseek and delete you're queue2.cfg file and it will startup fine but you will lose all the
files in you're queue
F. I wrote this guide in like 20 Minutes, so please don't bitch.
