Does anyone know if there is support or some way i can hook a keyboard and mouse up to the 360?

u can hook up the keyboard via USB but the mouse you cant plug in .. it wunt read it

i'm guessing no, there's no web surfing ability on the 360, or anything like that, so why would they support a mouse? i understand it might make it easier say to browse stuff on the marketplace if your extremely used to one type of mouse on ur pc, but overall the only reason it even supports a keyboard is for entering text; for your profile information; sending text messages to another live user; adding people to your friends list, etc etc.

but i can't see them adding usb mouse support.

they could, but i don't see it being profitable for them if they were to add the support.

The only reason i want mouse support is for the games. I wouldnt think they would alienate the people that would rather use the KBM with first person shooters. The fact that they are saying just about anything usb you stick in the 360 will work. The technology is there game developers need to add the support to there games.

a mouse would not work as a controller espessilly the laser sensitve ones

yeah but even a ball mouse would be better accuracy than the analog sticks. Just would be cool but either way the 360 is awsome.

but the only reason a developer would add mouse support would be if it was going to PC not a console, that's the whole purpose behind console systems, i mean otherwise they wouldn't make controller adapters to let you use your console controllers on a PC if the mouse was so much more popular...

well the critics are saying that microsoft are getting further away from console ability and turning the console form of their business into p.c's so you never know,maybe they'll read this and say well lets do it.i guess not but still....
