You can select the option from the Start Smart menu in Nero under the DVD tab. There's an option for creating a UDF DVD there.

There are no stupid questions, only stupid people.

According to my knowledge, yes.... both Nero Burning Rom and Nero Express can burn any ISO image (DVD or PS2 games). Below is a step taken from a guide of mine in the PS2 DVD backups forum in query to "rebuiding and burning" PS2 games, but you can burn with DVD movies that you've created an ISO image as well. This works perfectly.

***STEP 5***

Burn your final ISO with Nero Express, Nero Burning Rom, DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn. Use whatever burning engine you're more experiences with. For MDS file, I prefer DVD Decrypter, but for PS2 ISO, I prefer Nero Express or Burning Rom because Nero will "automatically" change the "Book Type" into DVD-ROM for me. Thus, making my backup looks more original. Again, in this guide, I will use Nero Burning Rom. On my next guide, I will be using DVD Decrypter.

Now open up Nero StartSmart and choose Nero Burning Rom.
