i need help copying nba live 06 i get the I/O error!

ok when i try to read NBA LIVE 06 with dvd decrypter it gets stuck at about 84% or 85% and then after about 30 retries i get the I/O error! i have an external sony dvd burner please help me!!!! and sorry about the caps message i didnt kno!!!

iv'e copied ps2 games b4 but this one keeps getting stuck!!! it is a little scrathed could that b the problem? thanks again!

there is you problem if the disk is sratched your burn cant read it thats why we back up b4 this happens soz mate
