My KB/s DN is 0 on everything i try to download and my KB/s UP is always 0 aswell, so i am never able to download anything, anyone know why?

Few questions:

~*~ are u behind a router?
~*~ what firewall(s) are u using?
~*~ did u forward/open the ports correctly?
~*~ are u using fresh ports between 50000-60000?
~*~ what type of connection do u have?
~*~ did u cap ur u/l and d/l in ur bitcomet settings, according to ur connection speed?

I have a belkin router
I am behind a Norton firewall
I added the port which is on the 1st connection panel on the preferences
are u using fresh ports between 50000-60000? = Dont know what u mean sorry
1MB connection
I havent capped them

~*~ for all ur router congfig help go to here: (sorry i dont use router but u do need to forward ports for them)

~*~ u need to use a tcp port range between 50000-60000 in ur client and through ur firewall these should be the same # (change in preferences)

~*~ try capping ur u/l and d/l speeds to: 110 d/l and 25 u/l
