No, thats just some little home-made video made on a modded xbox set to a little children's song. Dont think bungie would use that to promote halo 3.

i think that video is pretty funny but no way thats gunna be on halo 3 or w/e and if its gunna be on halo 3 it would probably new halo 3 maps not the old ones thats just someone with mods
