ILO 1GB and Napster-To-Go

Can someone please help me? I have an ILO 1GB mp3 player and I subscribed to Napster to Go. However, my Napster won't work with the player. My ILO is the certified Windows "playsforsure" so from my understanding, it should work with Napster. But when I try to transfer the music, I'm told that the mp3 player was unable to obtain the license. I have been able to download music from Walmart.com and I have been able to rip music from other cd's, so I don't understand what the problem is. Is this a fault with Napster or ILO?
