Sorry guys...I just did some searching and found my question already answered. I apologize.

Is there a way that I can get around the no license thing to burn a downloaded song to a cd? Like a decrypting software or something?

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
