I have a Nokia 6820b.
The IMEI is: 352968/00/029127/0
Code: 0513249//030422dTY

Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.

I am in the USA and the provider is Cingular . It was an AT & T account before Cingular took it over.
