Remove the SIM card, Power On your Cell phone.
Press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.

i dont know how many codes have been tried. i took it to cingular and they tried, but did not unlock it. it was a suncom phone. i am in the usa
