i got this phone and it is asking me to enter special. i dont know what that means. i'm living in jamaica and using the digicel network. my imei # is 000101757897380. please help me

Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.
