I have been using DVD43 for about a year with no problems and now all of a sudden when i try to back up new movies from blockbuster it tells me there is a decrpytion on the DVD even though DVD43 is running...any thoughts?

Do a completed uninstalled, then do this:

<> click on START, RUN
<> and type msconfig, click OK or just Enter
<> click on STARTUP and uncheck DVD43
<> click Apply, the restart your computer
<> now re-install the new one and try to rip another movie to see what's the results
