I have Nokia 3120b with ATT wireless
IMEI: 35 37 83 00 28 51 19 8
Please help. I have to travel South Africa this week end. Thanks for yr help.

Press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.
