When I put the DVD+R in the drive, it recognizes the DVD+R but when I scroll down to view the files under Explorer, it freezes up. I tried Isobuster and it worked semi-well, but I couldn't get all the files off. Any suggestions?

You can try Apache 2 or Apache 3 to see if you'll have a success.

Apache 3 works for a little bit, but then freezes at the same point as Isobuster did. And also, it's actually a CD-RW/DVD drive. But it still reads the files but I cannot extract them.

The DVD+R was burned as a data disc...not as a playable DVD.

Maybe something is wrong with the disc, have you tried it on another computer?

I have a feeling the disc works alright...but I don't have access to any computers w/ a DVD+R drive. Do you think Office Depot does that stuff?

You don't need a DVD+R drive, just a DVD-ROM drive (player).

It can be either DVD+R drive, or a DVD-ROM, which can only read, but cannot burn, but they both can read a DVD.
