Highlight My Computer by just left clicking on it once, keep your cursor on it and right click to get a menu, select properties and see if that is what you are after.

Start>Control Panel>System has the most basic specs. Download Everest Home Edition or FreshDiagnose to go into more detail.

suggest try Belarc

(search for belarc and download the very small file, uses Internet explorer interface, as I recall)

Belarc has is an identical program to Everest, only uses IE inerface and has some extra features(not too many)
