I have a pal dvd on hdd. I use nero vision to compress and encode to ntsc from pal. The resulting dvd-disk has no audio. Video is fine.
The temp file vts_01.0001.mpg has audio.
I have sucessfully converted svcd avi pal files to ntsc dvd using the same program. I assume the svcd was pal because it asked me the question. "do you want to convert to ntsc even if most of the move is pal"
Does anyone have some advice for me?
Why is Nero mocking me?
