Please edit your serial no. Go to pen and pad icon and remove s/n and save changes.
Your memory is very low, try to close down any unnecessary programs.
It appears you are trying to burn something to a CD and its not being accepted.

Try using a DVD
I would also you remove InCD package from your Nero prog.

Also the burner has very old firmware in it. Calibration error is most time because of that. Check here
