Remove the SIM card, Power On your Cell phone.
Press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.

Kind of worried I tried two different codes, with yours being the second one. I only tried it twice both times. Is it possible that I will be locked out? It never did say Code Error. Please let me know. Thanks.

if you have exceeded 5 trials, it's not going to unlock anymore by code, take it to a local shop and get it unlocked by cable. it's cheap. about $20

So it can still be done in the U.S with no problem ?
The phone can still be unlocked right?

don't worry, even if you try the code 1 million times, you still can unlock it. take it to any local cell phone shop and get it unlocked. in Canada here, it's about $25 canadian dollar, it's cheap. post me a comment, haha,just kiddin.
