Usually the ! shows up when itunes has lost track of where the song is stored on your computer. If you right click and select info does it ask if you want to find the song. Just navigate to where itunes stored the song and everthing will be fine.

Don't know about the missing video.

There's no need to. if you have navigated and located them as WestrnSon says, then that should lead you to adding them back anyway.

Have you deleted any songs from your computer lately?

If you just need to relocate your files, put them all in one folder, then you can import them all at once, job done.

so now i really messed this up. i was running out of room on my "c" drive so i moved my "my music" folder to my "F" drive (which is my sec. hard drive) and now i have 2 "my music" folders and to make matters worse every song on my itunes is duplicated and i have no idea how to remove 1500 duplicated songs. any suggestions would be great

delete all of them (from iTunes only) then delete one of your 'my music' folders, and import the other one :-)

i ve been thinking this over and the only problem with deleting my itunes folder would be i would lose all the files that are only in 'itunes' and not in 'my music'. what do you think lethal?
