So i burned a game, but when i tried to play it, the screen image wouldn't fit on my TV. It's cut off at the bottom and want to know if it's probably my TV or just a bad burn...

My guess would be that you downloaded a game through a torrent site and got the wrong region.. sounds like you're trying to play an NTSC game on a PAL TV... you could try patching the video. I don't know much more than that about it though.. try looking through the FAQ's by tokijin (link in my sig) or search the forum fo "y-fix" or "ntsc to pal"

Just be aware that when you downlaod sometimes you will come across games that won't work correctly because of the wrong video settings etc.

good luck with it

I'm with Paddymail.
If you use Swap Magic you can also try setting it to a different region and see if anything helps.
But when playing games from different regions using Swap Magic i find that it rarely does help screen cut off, that is just one of it's downfalls
