Can I Do Port Forwarding??

Hey guys - prettynew to the bt scene.

I've been reading for hours on end about how to do this Port Forwarding everyones on about.I still cant make it work!

First up can you tell me if i can actually do it with this setup

Bitcomet 0.6
Sagem Fast 800 E2T ADSL/USB
Windows Xp
Norton Personal Firewall 2005
My ISP is Tiscali (clueless bunch)

I done a speed test earlier and it reclkons my max speed is 335dl/38ul

Next if it is possible - I assume I'll need a static IP Address? Do i need to get one through my ISP or is there another way - They are trying to make me take a business tarriff just to have one!

Lastly Once this is sorted can someoine tell me exactly what to do for this set up??

My PC is about to end up in the river!

This is for your router's company but for a different model so it might not work. But theres a link on the page on how to make your ip static.
As far as the firewall goes I have ZoneAlarm and didn't have to do anything to it (or I clicked accept when it asked about it. I don't remember).
