Now here is what i did. Really simple.



Just go into Bitcomet. then into options and go to your upload speed. Now set it to 3 kb/s and your download speed to about 50-100 kb/s. Then pop your speed will go up! My speed reached 91 kb/s :) And it stays there..

That's crap for the bittorrent community if you are not uploading to full potentials. set your upload at about 80% of your max download, see how you go.
