I have ad aware, Norton Anti virus, I have Spybot, CWshreader (not that it detects before hand but..) and I still get these spyware files into my CPU. Not to many, but I have gone 6months now virus and spyware free. with the above mentioned programs... Now I get a CWS.Config hijacker. Anyway sorry and thanks for letting me vent. What is the best set up for safe guarding your system before its to late ?? Any opinions????

You don't have CWS.Msconfig. CWShredder misinterpretes this line:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MSConfig] C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe /auto
to be this line:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [msconfig] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msconfig.exe
See -> http://www.merijn.org/cwschronicles.html#msconfig
Fix these(do a system scan only, checkmark these and press fix checked:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4A2AACF3-ADF6-11D5-98A9-00E018981B9E} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FACAEF15-EB88-8ACC-F965-B4BDE4967131} - (no file)
Also, I recommend to uninstall WeatherBug via Control Panel, because it's consired as adware, but it´s up to you.
Reboot and post a fresh HjT-log.

2 things I think helped me the most with spyware was A)Tell Firefox to erase all cookies everytime I exit, (Most spyware, for me, are tracking cookies, so this eliminates them regularly) and B)Installed NoScript, it's an extension for Firefox that let's you control javascript from websites (sort of like a pop-up blocker for javascript.) I'm not even exactly sure what javascript is, but I like being able to block it. Firefox and NoScript are free downloads.
https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=722&application=firefox
Spyware - I use Ad-Aware, and Spyware S&D, I'll usually scan once every week or two, rotating which one I use. They're both free, as well.
Firewalls are important, too! - ZoneAlarm - Free
