Help with Y-POS on a PS1 Game!!

Well I can't find the PS1 section of this forum so I'll post here, move or delete as you wish but I hope someone can help. I backed up a game of Final Fantasy 7 in PAL. Well I know how it has problems on NTSC Playstation 2s and Tvs. I was wondering how to fix the Y-POS? Its in color but ZOMG, the bottom is like way over the bottom. The top part is black. How can I fix this? Thanks!

i think this is to do with the ntsc/pal if you are using breaker pro i find that if you change the video mode then this usually corrects itself. If your not using breaker pro then soz i can't be of much help.
