Help to remove Dummy.Bin File from CD based game

Hi can anyone help me to remove the Dummy.bin file or to change it so i can make a working back up copy. I have made back ups of other games that i own but cant seem to be able to make a working copy of this one, The game is Dancing Stage Party Edition, This is a CD based game NOT a DVD-ROM based game. I have tried using alcohol 120% but its not worked. Any help would be great Thank you very much.
