File freezing during transcoding

Whenever I try and burn a specific .avi it always freezes during transcoding, only seconds after beginning. It doesn't do this with other .avi's, but it plays all the way threw and my virus scan says there isn't a problem with it. Could it possibly be a problem with my Nero settings? Or is there any way to amend the problem with the file?

Oh, and when I say 'freezes' I mean it just stops. It doesn't freeze the computer or give an error, it just completely stops.
