i have a question i have a modchip installedd on ntsc console ps2 system ook and when i dl a game from pal and i put it in my system it shows the game but is jumpyy i use fujifilm dvd-r it play good with usa games but not with pal so can anybody get back at me i really appeciate thanks

Do you know what modchip you have? You might have the to option to Force PAL on your chip.
