Its been about 5-6 years since I last read about mp3's. I'm looking for a new mp3 player as I feel 64MB is rather small these days!

I get my mp3s from various sources and wondered if certain players will have problems with certain mp3s?

I read on an Amazon review that the Sony mp3 flash player couldn't read certain files for "copyright reasons"

Can someone give me a quick quide to DRM?

Mp3 files do not contain, and will never contain, any type of copy protection. The files the Sony player can't read don't include mp3 files.

These file types (but not only these) WMA, Mp4 (iTunes), RM/RAM, and Atrac (Sony) all contain copy protection. To my knowlege Sony only supports Mp3 and Atrac file types.
